Sally Brabander Obituary

Sally Ann Brabander of Nanuet, NY passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2020. She was 79.
Sally was born June 28, 1940 in Brooklyn, NY to Anton Steinsvik and Ragna Aarhus Steinsvik She grew up in Bay Ridge and graduated from Brooklyn College. She taught elementary school in the NYC school system and in the Nanuet School District. After raising her children, she went back to teaching in the Pearl River School District as a teachers aid and reading specialist until her retirement.
She loved her three children and six grandchildren very much. She is predeceased by her husband, Herb Brabander, in July 2008.
