Heaven gained an Ace of Hearts yesterday when the incredible Rose White, née Brady, age 90, passed away. Rose, who hailed from Mullaghoran, Cavan, Ireland, died at home after a brief stay in the hospital from COVID-19, surrounded by family. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Patrick.
Rose loved people and people loved her. She was charming, kind and always full of life and laughter. And she loved her family and was dearly, dearly loved by every one of them.
Rose is survived by her seven children: Margaret, Julie, Patricia, Mary, John, Aileen, and Patrick. And 13 grandchildren: Patricia Lynch, April Small, Courtney Harrell, John Anthony White, Kathleen Lynch, Annemarie Lynch, John Michael Small, Declan White, Patrick White, Annie White, Rose Small, Rebecca Lynch, and Aileen Lynch. As well as her daughters-in-law, Tina and Cathy White, and sons-in-law, Eamon Lynch and John Small.
A cremation has been arranged for Rose and a memorial service to celebrate Rose’s long and rich life will be held at a future point when this storm too shall pass away. Thank you to all of you who have offered so many prayers and so much support.
