Rose Mary Coda

Rose Mary Coda, 92, passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2022. 
Wife of Frank, (deceased),  mother of Nicholas (deceased), Frank, Lawrence and Anthony.
Rose is survived by her son, Frank Coda and daughter in law, Andrea, grandchildren, Lara Anne and Francis John, her son, Larry and son in law, Tom, her son, Anthony Coda, her son in law, Marc and grandson, Nicholas, grandson Justin Coda (son of Nicholas & Mary Ann, both deceased  and his wife, Aly and great grandchildren, Evan and Lilah and her closest friend Barbara Casalli, who she considered her daughter. 
She enjoyed crocheting, she was known for her Christmas window displays, playing cards, shopping, enjoying roulette in Atlantic City, Broadway shows, and her Senior Center friends and all of their charitable efforts.
Rose lived in Nanuet, prior to that she lived in Pearl River.
She will be remembered for her witty humor, generosity, and the art of making everything beautiful from her experience in window dressing as a young woman along with her eggplant parmigiana, rice pudding and Thanksgiving soup.
The wake will take place on Thursday September 15th, 2022 from 5-8 p.m.
at Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home Inc.,  A Mass of Christian burial  will take place at St. Anthony R. C. Church in the shrine on Friday, September 16th at 10 a.m, 36 West Nyack Rd, Nanuet, NY, 10954
