James Moriarty

James Moriarty of New York, NY passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Nyack Hospital.  He was 90.
Mr. Moriarty was a Bank Executive for Chemical Bank in New York City for over 35 years before his retirement. 
James was born September 1930 in Manhattan to James and Mary (Cleary) Moriarty.
Mr. Moriarty served in the United States Marines from 1951 to 1952 attaining the rank of Corporal. 
Jim was a kind, loving and generous father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.  He loved to travel and enjoyed many family vacations.  The Catskills will always be a favorite.  
He is survived by his daughter, Marie and son-in-law, Daniel McIntyre formerly of Pearl River, NY; son, James Moriarty of Clifton Park, NY; grandchildren, Jessica (Ray) Garvey of FL, Michael McIntyre of TX, and Brendan McIntyre of Park Ridge, NJ and brother, Robert Moriarty of FL. He is predeceased by his sister Kathryn Harnan of West Nyack, NY.
 A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10:00 AM Monday, January 4, 2021 at St. Aedan R. C. Church, Pearl River.  Burial will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery, Nanuet, NY. Visiting will be held Sunday, January 3, 2021 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home Inc.
