Ann Marie Kitchenman of Pearl River, NY passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, surrounded by loving family members. She was 93. Ann was born December 3, 1929, in Bronx , NY to John and Kitty Moynihan. She grew up in the Bronx and moved with her family to Pearl River in 1958. She was a graduate of Rockland Community College.
Ann is predeceased by her husband, Warren, brother, John Moynihan, and son, Thomas. She is survived by her children: John, Kathleen Holzel (Bill), Michael (Kyle), Mary Golden (Arthur), and Maureen Smith, her granddaughters Ashley Gartshore (Dan), and Alexis Golden, and great grandson Graham (Gartshore).
Ann was a devoted Catholic; she lived her life with an unshakable faith and strength. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt, and cared greatly for her parents and extended family and friends. She had a great passion for living, and loved to dance, travel, walk, golf, and swim. Her infectious smile, fun-loving and nurturing nature will be missed.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, January 22, from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home, Franklin Avenue, Pearl River, NY. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Aedan’s in Pearl River on Monday, January 23, at 10:00 AM, with a burial to follow at St. Anthony’s Cemetery in Nanuet, NY.
