Sharon Freyne (Hamilton)

Sharon Freyne (Hamilton) of Pearl River, NY, passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Nyack Hospital.  She was 51.
Sharon was born January 23, 1968 in Castlerea, Roscommon, Ireland to Joseph and Winifred (Foley) Freyne.  
She was educated in Castlerea, Roscommon and graduated from Convent of Mercy in 1985. 
Sharon has lived in Pearl River for the past 17 years.  Before that, she lived in Woodside, NY from 1987 to 2001 and Castlerea, Ireland from 1968 to 1987.
Sharon will be remembered for being a caring doting mother of Oran and Alana, her generosity and kindness to family and friends and her fabulous sense of humor.  She was outgoing and compassionate in all she did. 
She is survived by her devoted children, Oran and Alana; sisters, Annette and Elizabeth; brother, Liam; nieces, Denise and  Ciara; nephews, Joseph, Cian, David, Aiden and Ciaran; brother-in-law Denis, cousins, and a wide circle of friends.  She is predeceased by her parents, Winnie and Joe Freyne and niece, Karen Cooney.
 A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10:00 AM Saturday at St. Margaret R. C. Church, Pearl River.  Visiting is Friday from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home Inc.
