Paris Papasophocles Obituary

Paris Papasophocles of Nanuet, NY, passed away on January 24, 2019. He was 94.

Paris was born August 23, 1924 in Labythos, Cyprus to Sophocles and Irene Papasophocles.

He is survived by his son Gus, and wife, Gloria; daughter, Irene Miller and husband, Brian and son Sophocles . Paris is also survived by his grandchildren, Angela, Nicholas, Tyler, Eric and Cassandra and great granddaughter Gia. He is predeceased by his wife Helen Chinboukas Papasophocles (2014).

A Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 200 Great East Neck Road, West Babylon, NY 11704. Burial will follow at Pine Lawn Cemetery.

Visiting is Tuesday from 6-9 PM at Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home Inc. 100 Franklin Ave. Pearl River, NY 10965
